Their machinery is designed for the production off coil of reinforcement cages with diameters ranging from 100 mm up to 6,000 mm containing variable quantities of longitudinal wires of differing diameters. Dependant on the type of precast product to be manufactured, the machines can be equipped and programmed to fabricate conical cages or cages with bell sockets, or even with zigzag longitudinal wires. There is no limit to the length of the reinforcement cages that can be manufactured.
Their semi-automatic range of machinery with manual longitudinal wire feed with bar material has been designed to manufacture heavyweight cages for bored piles, columns and girders. A recent addition to the range has been the BCM mesh plant to fabricate engineered mesh and cages for box culverts, septic tanks etc.
