CGM has a range of standard machines, with each having the flexibility to make customised plants for very specific projects/products.

These Semi-Automated mobile vibrating machines feature high frequency vibration technology and only require 1 operator for ‘drive the machine’. Mould changes can be achieved in 30-40 minutes, offering great flexibility and versatility to adapt to customer demands at short notice.

The machines manufacture many different products including cover slabs, troughs, seating rings, and kerbstones through to jersey barriers and lego blocks. The equipment range includes:

CGM have also developed their very own patented walling system ‘G Block’. This allows you to easily manufacture many different ‘patterns/surfaces’ by changing the front plate within the mould. The face can be specifically designed to meet your requirements.
